Directions
The City of Decatur has designated truck routes. Trucks must use "the most direct route to and from the delivery location." Trucks using other routes will be fined $500. Designated truck routes are red on the map below. While directions are provided below, drivers must check with the City of Decatur for the most recent regulations and best routes. Russell Forest Products is not responsible for traffic violations. Suggested directions inbound to our facility and outbound from our facility are as follows:
Inbound:
- From I-65, take Hwy 67 N to Hwy 31 N/6th Avenue. Turn right on Hwy 31 N. Continue on Hwy 31 N to Moulton Street. Turn left on Moulton Street. Continue on Moulton St. Take your first paved road on the right after the railroad tracks. Follow the signs.
- From the west, take Hwy 67 S/Beltline Road. Continue on Hwy 67 to Hwy 31/6th Avenue. Turn left on Hwy 31 N. Continue on Hwy 31 N to Moulton Street. Turn left on Moulton Street. Continue on Moulton Street. Take your first paved road on the right after the railroad tracks. Follow the signs.
Outbound:
- To I-65, go east on Moulton Street. Turn left on Hwy 31 N/6th Avenue. (Do not attempt a right turn from Moulton to Hwy 31 S.) Continue on Hwy 31 N to Hwy 20/US 72A. Follow Hwy 20/72 A to I-65.
- To go west, go west on Moulton Street to 2nd Avenue/ Central Parkway. Turn on 2nd Avenue. Turn left at the first light on Gordon Drive. Continue on Gordon Drive to Hwy 31/6th Avenue. Turn right on Hwy 31 S/6th Avenue. Turn right on Hwy 67. Continue to your desired route, Hwy 24 or Hwy 20/US 72 A.
